The Fair Trader holiday parks you can be sure that:

  1. The park is committed to high standards of customer care and puts the customer first.
  2. The park has achieved a minimum of three stars under the British Graded Holiday Park Scheme, a national quality standard operated by Visit Britain, that assesses the quality and standards of the facilities on park.
  3. The park complies with the industry Code of Practice and leisure agreements which are fair, transparent and written in plain English.
  4. The park has been thoroughly assessed by a qualified independent assessor and has met all the scheme's strict criteria in full.
  5. The park will continue to be assessed to remain in the scheme and will be subject to unannounced periodic checks.

The Hoseasons Diamond Award represents the holiday parks in the Hoseasons portfolio whose quality, product, facilities and customer service are second to none.

Visit England is The England Tourist Board and as such has the 'Enjoy England Quality Rose' as a standard of quality for accommodation. This seal of approval means you can rest assured that your accommodation will be of the highest standard.

We realise that when looking to buy a static caravan, you will have many questions which need answering. To help answer these we have compiled a short-list of our most frequently asked questions below. How long are the parks open?

The parks operate an eight month licence and are open from 1st March until the 31st October. Owners are very welcome to visit their caravan at any time during the closed season, but you will be unable to stay overnight.

How long can we keep our holiday home on your site?

As long as Bunn Leisure Holiday Village rules are adhered to, and it is properly maintained, your static caravan holiday home can stay on site for up to 20 years.

How much is holiday home insurance a year?

Holiday Home insurance is dependent on the value when new, location etc. but as a guide new for old insurance starts from as little as £250 a year

How much is siting and connection at Bunn Leisure?

Unlike many parks, when you buy a holiday home at Bunn Leisure siting and connection on the plot of your choice is FREE.

What are the typical annual running costs?

Like owning your own home there are running costs these include; local authority rates and water typically around £382, gas and electricity (subject to usage) but average costs are approx £155 and site fees which include the use of the holiday village facilities and services but vary across the three parks, starting from as little as £3276. Once you have decided on the holiday home and park thats right for you, we can look at the applicable annual costs. Remember with Bunn Leisure there are no hidden additional charges and on some new purchases there are even pitches on offer with no site fees for the first year.

Can I travel by public transport to Bunn Leisure Holiday Village?

Yes! Several owners prefer to leave their cars at home and travel light using public transport straight to Bunn Leisure holiday village, then hop on the on park bus service.

Can I bring my family and friends?

Yes! The more the merrier, as long as you can accommodate them. If not don't worry we can help with that. When purchasing a holiday home from Bunn Leisure you are entitled to 6 adult guest passes and unlimited passes for under 12's for entry into the Holiday Villages' facilities each season.

Can I bring my boat?

Of course, you can take advantage of the boat park and launching facilities available.

Are your holiday homes suitable for disabled use?

Yes, we have a range of suitable holiday homes with easy access throughout and we will be happy to discuss all the options available with you.

Do you allow dogs?

Yes! We have some of the most beautiful walks in West Sussex right on the doorstep as well as excellent dog walking facilities in each of the parks within the holiday village. We ask our visitors to keep their dogs on leads at all times.
