How long is the park open?
The park operates an eight month licence and is open from the 1st March until the 31st of October. Owners are very welcome to visit their caravan at any time during the closed season, but you will be unable to stay overnight.
How much are the holiday homes?
Our great value new and used starter homes are from as little as £9995, and we have an extensive luxury range up to £60,000
Can we choose the location of our holiday home?
Yes! With our expert advice we will help you find the perfect location for your holiday home from our current list of available locations.
How long can we keep our holiday home on your site?
As long as the park rules are adhered to, and it is properly maintained, your holiday home can stay on site for up to 20 years.
Can I bring my family and friends?
Yes! The more the merrier, as long as you can accommodate them. If not don’t worry we can help with that. When purchasing a holiday home from Bunn Leisure you are entitled to 6 adult guest passes and unlimited passes for under 12’s for entry into the parks' facilities.
What are the running costs?
Like owning your own home there are running costs including insurance, water, gas and electricity. These will vary across our parks.
Do you allow dogs?
Yes! We have some of the most beautiful walks in West Sussex right on the doorstep as well as excellent dog walking facilities on each of the parks. We ask our visitors to keep their dogs on leads at all times.
Can we earn an income from our holiday home?
Yes! With help from our comprehensive letting service we can help offset the cost of ownership.
Do we get a warranty?
Of course! All of our premium quality used caravans come with 6 month warranty and new caravans come with one year’s warranty from the manufacturer.
How do we finance our holiday home?
We offer a tailored range of affordable finance options which will suit most pockets.
Are your holiday homes suitable for disabled use?
Yes! We have a range of suitable holiday homes with easy access throughout.
Can I bring my boat?
Of course, you can take advantage of the boat park and launching facilities.
