  1. The park is committed to high standards of customer care and puts the customer first.
  2. The park has achieved a minimum of three stars under the British Graded Holiday Park Scheme, a national quality standard operated by Visit Britain, that assesses the quality and standards of the facilities on park.
  3. The park complies with the industry Code of Practice and leisure agreements which are fair, transparent and written in plain English.
  4. The park has been thoroughly assessed by a qualified independent assessor and has met all the scheme's strict criteria in full.
  5. The park will continue to be assessed to remain in the scheme and will be subject to unannounced periodic checks.

The Hoseasons Diamond Award represents the holiday parks in the Hoseasons portfolio whose quality, product, facilities and customer service are second to none.

Visit England is The England Tourist Board and as such has the 'Enjoy England Quality Rose' as a standard of quality for accommodation. This seal of approval means you can rest assured that your accommodation will be of the highest standard.
