More about the costs of ownership

Earn extra income and offset your running costs

Many of our owners subsidise the cost of their holiday home by letting it out when they are not using it during the season. You are free to manage this letting process yourself or use our comprehensive letting service, which deals with everything for you. Typically, an owner can expect to offset £4,663 (2017 average) of their annual costs by allowing us to let their holiday home on their behalf. If you are considering purchasing a holiday home with a view to either letting yourself of letting us handle your lettings for you, we strongly advise that read our lettings guide fully (available on request from our reception) so you are aware of all the details.
