Holiday home ownership is actually more affordable than many people think, with low interest finance options starting at as little as £187 per month. We have a range of finance options suitable for every type of buyer.

You can buy with peace of mind with our very own Bunn Leisure warranty on pre-loved models and a strong manufacturer warranty on new holiday homes.

Caravan types

We offer a range of new and used caravans to suit your budget and needs.


All pre-owned caravans have been rigorously inspected to ensure they meet with our stringent quality thresholds. We’re so confident of the quality that we offer a 6 month warranty with all used caravans.


We currently have a number of ranges to choose from, suiting all tastes. All of our new caravans come with a 1-year warranty.

Other costs to consider

In addition to the cost of your holiday home, you’ll also need to consider the ongoing costs, as with any property. However, these can often be cheaper than you expect. Here we take a look at the other costs you should consider and the average values:

Site fees

From £4,968

Your annual site fee covers many different things, from the use of all of our facilities through to the actual cost of siting your caravan on one of our parks. Included in your site fees is season-long access to all of our fantastic entertainment, which you are welcome to enjoy with the family whenever you want. Some of the more mundane things covered by your site fees are rubbish collections, on-site security and maintenance of the park.

Average £196

All of our holiday homes are connected to mains electricity. This supply is metered so the cost is based on how much you use. Some of our newer pitches are also connected to mains gas, which is metered in the same way as your electricity. However, many owners purchase bottled gas, which can be purchased directly on site as required. Mains supplied utilities are supplied by a single supplier servicing the entire park. This supplier is changed periodically to ensure we provide our owners with the most cost effective options possible.


Typical £490

Rates include both fresh and waste water supply. These costs are invoiced annually at the close of season ready for the following season. The annual charge is based on the size and maximum occupancy of the caravan. A member of the Sales team will clearly explain the anticipated costs during the purchase process.


From £190

All holiday homes must be insured. We provide a flat cost for this insurance, which costs from £190 per year. This insurance is underwritten by Towergate, Holman's or Leisure Days, but all of our support staff are on site to deal with your questions or claims, should you need them. You are free to arrange your own insurance if you prefer. However, please note that there are certain criteria and cover details that privately arranged insurance must cover. Please discuss this with the sales team if you wish to arrange your own insurance.

Winter drain down


At the end of each season static caravans need to be drained down to ensure that no liquids within the caravan freeze whilst the park is closed during January and February.

Earn extra income and offset your running costs

Many of our owners subsidise the cost of their holiday home by letting it out when they are not using it during the season. You are free to manage this letting process yourself or use our comprehensive letting service, which deals with everything for you. Typically, an owner can expect to offset £5,120 (2018 average) of their annual costs by allowing us to let their holiday home on their behalf. However, we advise that you ask for, and read, our lettings guide from our receptions before purchasing with a view to letting.
