  • Are Bunn Leisure parks NCC approved?

    Yes! You can purchase and site your holiday home at Bunn Leisure with complete peace of mind. We are members of the NCC and adhere to the strict guidelines which promote the best practices within the industry.

  • How long are the parks open?

    The parks operate a ten month licence and are open from 1st March until between the 2nd and 7th January. Owners are very welcome to visit their caravan at any time during the closed season, but you will need to leave by 4pm.

  • What facilities are there within the holiday village?

  • Why should I choose Bunn Leisure?

    We are a family owned business with over 60 years experience. Being family owned means we can reinvest year-on-year for the benefit of our owners rather than paying dividends to shareholders. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and commitment to investing in our parks. We have invested in the UK's largest privately funded sea defence at a cost of £20m, in 2018 we completed the new Head Office with Owners' Services office and Holidays Reception with an investment of £6m and we have very recently opened a brand new complex on our White Horse park with shops, bars, 10 pin bowling, multi-level soft play, multi-use indoor sports court, private lounge, heated outdoor pool and evening entertainment venue with a further investment of £18m.

    Our parks are located in one holiday village on the South Coast of England in Selsey - and have been awarded 4 and 5 star ratings by the English Tourist Board - this means they've been independently assessed as excellent and this is your assurance that we provide the quality of facilities, services, cleanliness, layout and support you demand.

  • How much are static caravan holiday homes?

    Our great value new and used starter homes are available from as little as £15,995 (2015 Delta Goodwood with heating and double glazing), and we have an extensive luxury range upward of £200,000.

  • How long can we keep our holiday home on your site?

    As long as Bunn Leisure Holiday Park rules are adhered to, and it is properly maintained, your static caravan holiday home can stay on site for up to 20 years from the age of manufacture.

  • Is Bunn Leisure a residential park?

    No, Bunn Leisure operates on a seasonal basis with a ten month licence and is not a residential park. We are open from 1st March until between 2nd and 7th January.

  • Can we sublet our holiday home?

    Yes! Several owners earn extra income during the season by letting their holiday home out to offset annual running costs.

    We have a comprehensive letting service available to owners and we're happy to discuss this in detail with you and the sort of monies other owners typically earn in a season.

  • How much is holiday home insurance a year?

    Holiday Home insurance is dependent on the value when new, location etc. but as a guide new for old insurance starts from as little as £250 per annum.

  • How much is siting and connection at Bunn Leisure?

    Unlike many parks, when you buy a holiday home at Bunn Leisure siting and connection on the plot of your choice is included.

  • How do I finance my new holiday home?

  • What are the typical annual running costs?

    Like owning your own home there are running costs these include; local authority rates and water typically around £516, electricity (subject to usage) but on average costs approx. £145, gas costs between £240 & £360 per year based on usage of 4 to 6 bottles a year at a cost of £60 per bottle, and site fees which include the use of the holiday village facilities and services but vary across the three parks, starting from as little as £4,968. Once you have decided on the holiday home and park that's right for you, we can look at the applicable annual costs. Remember with Bunn Leisure there are no hidden additional charges and on some new purchases there are even pitches on offer with no site fees for the first year.

  • Can we choose the location of our static caravan holiday home?

    Yes! With our expert advice we will help you find the perfect location, from the tranquil lanes of Green Lawns, the leisurely and warm family environment of White Horse or the vibrant family atmosphere of West Sands - three great parks one fantastic award winning holiday village. Whichever area you choose that suits your family's needs don't forget all of the Bunn Leisure facilities are at your disposal.

  • Can I travel by public transport to Bunn Leisure Holiday Parks?

    Yes! Several owners prefer to leave their cars at home and travel light using public transport straight to Bunn Leisure holiday park, then hop on the on park bus service.

  • Can I bring my family and friends?

    Yes! The more the merrier, as long as you can accommodate them. If not don't worry we can help with that. When purchasing a holiday home from Bunn Leisure you are entitled to 6 adult guest passes and unlimited passes for under 12's for entry into the Holiday Parks' facilities each season.

  • Are your holiday homes suitable for disabled use?

    Yes, we have a range of suitable holiday homes with easy access throughout and we will be happy to discuss all the options available with you.

  • Do you allow dogs?

    Yes! We have some of the most beautiful walks in West Sussex right on the doorstep as well as excellent dog walking facilities in each of the parks within the holiday village. We ask our visitors to keep their dogs on leads at all times.

  • Can I bring my boat?

    Of course, you can take advantage of the boat park and launching facilities available.

  • Is there a warranty with my holiday home?

  • What is your complaint handling procedure?

    White Horse Caravan Company Limited which trades as 'Bunn Leisure' is a member of the National Caravan Council (NCC). A key commitment under the NCC is that we maintain a clear and formal written complaints procedure and take effective and immediate action to try and resolve any customer complaint.
