to stay at Bunn Leisure?
We will work closely with you so that you feel confident about your decision to purchase. Remember, with Bunn Leisure there are no hidden charges and on some new purchases there are pitches on offer that come with free site fees for the first season.
Annual site fees (Paid at the start of the season)
Your annual site fee covers many different things. Included in your site fees is season-long access to all of our fantastic entertainment, which you are welcome to enjoy with the family whenever you want. Some of the more mundane things covered by your site fees are rubbish collections, on-site security and maintenance of the park.
Site fees include the use of the holiday village facilities and services but vary across the four parks starting from as little as £5,202. A site fee deposit is taken on October 1st, and the balance of the site fee will be paid by March 1st.
Other costs (Typical essentials that you should consider)
As with owning your own home there are running costs to consider which include local authority rates and water (typically around £516), gas and electricity (subject to usage but average costs are typically approx. £345). All holiday homes must be insured, our current providers are Towergate, Holman or Leisure Days, and costs approx. £250 per year for a new for old policy on a 10ft wide holiday home and £400 for a 12ft wide holiday home. You can arrange your own insurance, however please note that there are certain criteria and cover details that privately arranged insurance must cover.
At the end of each season static caravans need to be drained down to ensure that no liquids within the caravan freeze whilst the park is closed during January and February. This drain-down service is offered by our in-house maintenance team at a cost of £92.50.
