With the purchase of a new holiday home at Bunn Leisure you will receive a twelve-month manufacturer warranty and in some cases for several more years on elements of the holiday home depending on individual manufacturer warranties.
If you purchase a pre-owned static caravan at Bunn Leisure you will have agreed to a six-month warranty which includes parts and labour.
The warranty covers (a) Water leaks, domestic supply and/or central heating. (b) Failure of any fitted gas or electric appliance. (c) Failure of the structure. Please note: If your holiday home is not drained down by Bunn Leisure and there is a water leak due to an incorrect drain down it will not be covered by warranty.
The warranty excludes (a) Misuse. (b) Wear and tear. (c) Accidental or malicious damage. (d) Failure of any components that have been incorrectly connected to the electricity supply or terminals.
This warranty does not affect and cannot exclude your statutory rights as a consumer. For more information on these statutory rights contact a local authority Trading Standards Dept or Citizens Advice Bureau.

None of our warranties covers misuse, fair wear and tear or faults where frost damage has occurred, we do however offer a winter drain down service to all our customers.
