Gas & Electric (inc. VAT): Electric is typically charged at £145 per year, this will vary depending on usage (based on 2018 average). Gas is charged per bottle, with 19kg bottles at £37 and 47kg bottles at £69 including VAT (+ £2 delivery charge).
Your holiday home will need to be insured with a new for old policy. We can provide you with a list of insurance companies or you may source your own.
We offer a drain-down service to protect against frozen pipes in the closed 2-month winter period which is currently charged at £92.50
